Intramuros

Since settling in the Philippines I have been to Intramuros a few times, I never really got the feel of the old town in Manila until last year when I spontaneously decided to go there with my French cousins daughter. Perhaps she was more curious than me, or perhaps I wanted to explore and give her a taste of the old Asia as she was visiting the Philippines for a few months. On this particular day I was reminded of my earliest years in Vietnam, just walking the streets and markets with my camera. On some days I find this ability within myself to emerge myself more than on other days. I love when that happens!
